01

Prepare the source content

Choose the default language and review its wording. Translation quality depends on a useful source, so resolve ambiguous field names and incomplete descriptions first.

02

Choose the set

Select the content records that belong together. A campaign, collection, or group of pages is easier to review when its scope is explicit.

03

Choose target languages

Select one or more target languages for the bulk operation. Keep field-level inheritance in mind: a disabled translation uses the default-language value.

04

Prepare the translations

Run the supported bulk auto translation workflow. Review important names, tone, and local context before using the values in a live experience.

Use a small review checklist before you continue:

  • Confirm the selected records belong to the intended campaign or collection.
  • Check the source language and each target language.
  • Review important names and wording that should remain unchanged.
  • Keep inherited fields where the source value should be shared.
05

Review what changed

Check the resulting fields alongside the source. Set a translation where it is needed, and keep inheritance where the original content is intentionally shared.

For the underlying field behavior, see localization. For a wider starting point, read Start with content.
