Inventory the information

List the content your team owns: stories, pages, locations, people, products, or other records. Separate information that is reused from wording that belongs only to one page.

02

Choose fields with a purpose

Use field names that tell an editor what belongs there. A headline, introduction, cover image, and related record have different roles even if the frontend displays them close together.

03

Build a small set of components

Start with a hero, content section, and call to action. Use blueprint components to make page composition flexible while preserving a dependable content structure.

04

Choose the source language

Write the default-language content first. For each translatable field, decide whether other languages inherit that source or need their own value.

05

Review with a real page

Populate one representative page and connect it to your frontend. Check whether editors understand the structure before expanding the model.
