The previous setup combined WordPress with spreadsheet-based administration. The new headless experience brings the booking journey together with Ominity’s business logic, reducing the manual work needed around the sessions.
A participant’s driver’s license date must fall within the 6–9 month window for the chosen session. Ominity calculates eligibility automatically, putting the business rule directly into the booking journey.
Explore business rulesTry a different date. It checks the session against the 6- and 9-month anniversaries of the license date.
Every session has a participant limit. When a customer starts payment, their chosen place is reserved for 20 minutes. A failed payment or an expired reservation releases the place back into public availability; successful payment completes the booking.
Explore bookingsSimulate payment or expiry without waiting 20 minutes. No booking or payment is made.
SafeRoads runs sessions at multiple locations. Customers can book an eligible session and use the rescheduling system when their plans change, while session availability and booking rules remain part of the experience.

SafeRoads uses Ominity visitor tracking to monitor the conversion rates of its advertisements. Tracking connects the acquisition journey to the website outcome, helping the team understand how visitors become booked participants.

Previously, running the business required manual work in Excel alongside WordPress. Automating the booking rules and operational processes with Ominity helped SafeRoads halve its weekly administration time, excluding delivery of the sessions themselves.
Explore automationsThis project brings together a tailored headless frontend, capacity-aware bookings, date-based eligibility, payments, rescheduling, and conversion tracking. It shows how Ominity can support both the experience customers see and the business processes behind it.
